Preparation prior to cooperative education through learning about the cooperative education system and work-integrated learning; developing essential foundational skills such as workplace communication, teamwork, professional ethics and readiness for the labor market and a personal development plan and goal setting for future employment; focusing on practical activities and skill development through experiential learning aligned with the students’ field
